About Your Guide - Suzette Cotto

I'm Suzette Cotto, Founder of Innovate LAUNCH™ and creator of the Burn Your Suits™ Course and VIP Community for women entrepreneurs.

For more than 25 years, I've worked in digital strategy, helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen their online presence, and position themselves so the right people immediately understood their value. Since 2013, I've also built and led Innovate Social Media, helping businesses grow through strategic marketing, digital systems, and online visibility.

Today, I rank in the Top 1% of marketing professionals measured by LinkedIn's Social Selling Index (SSI), which evaluates how effectively professionals establish their presence, identify and connect with the right people, share relevant insights, and build meaningful professional relationships. For me, the significance isn't the ranking itself. It's what it represents for the women I work with. I'm not teaching online visibility based on what worked five or ten years ago. I'm actively building it in the same digital environment you're entering, testing what works, watching what changes, and understanding how positioning, relationships, and the right message create opportunities.
